Overview:

Father God wants to restore His children into a place of wholeness, the way He created us to be!
Father also wants us to know our identity based on who HE says we are.

All too often there is one major issue that stands out in our lives; one that just seems to bring us trouble. Through it all, we may feel shame, fear, anger, pain, or confusion. Perhaps it flares up only in certain circumstances, or perhaps it's an on-going issue. Restoring The Foundation Issue-Focused ministry can help.

The RTF Issue-Focused ministry format focuses primarily on a major issue that is troubling the minstry receiver. Together, through prayer, the minster and receiver discover how four RTF problem areas work together to ignite and inflame the issue. They will apply the foundational truths to each area as they listen to God for counsel and direction.

What are the four problem areas?

1. Sins of the Fathers and the Resulting Curses: This problem is rooted in the 2nd commandment (Ex 20:3-6), where God visits "the iniquities of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generations." God requires us to confess our ancestor's sin as well as our own (Lev 26:40). We help you focus on the confession of sin (I Jn 1:9) and appropriation of Christ's finished work on the Cross to break curses (Gal 3:13) and recover "legal ground" from the enemy (Col 2:14).
2. Ungodly Beliefs: All of us inherit ungodly beliefs from our ancestors (i.e., parents, grandparents), as well as forming them from life's circumstances. These Ungodly Beliefs need to be changed into Godly Beliefs. This can be accomplished through a procedure of repentance and of renewing our mind (Rom 12:2).
3. Soul/Spirit Hurts: Jesus came to heal the brokenhearted (Lk 4:18). As we "Wait upon the Lord" with "Listening Prayer," He heals the hurts of our soul and spirit. He shows us what He wants to heal, and then, after we take care of necessary forgiveness and releasing, He heals what He has shown.
4. Demonic Oppression: After we have "co-labored with Christ" to bring freedom and healing to the first three ministry areas in our lives, the various demonic strongholds oppressing us can be disassembled and destroyed (Mk 16:17).

This seminar satisfies Step 1 of the Restoring the Foundations Issue-Focused Minister training. All sessions must be attended to qualify. Step 2 will be offered in late Spring 2010 for those who wish to be released as an Issue-Focused Minister.

About the Facilitators:

Larry and Elaine Leonard are part of the Catch the Fire Regional Resource Team for the Midwest, where they oversee the soaking prayer network in Indiana and teach at CTF Weekends around the region.  They first met at a Bible college in the Midwest where they each graduated with Biblical Study degrees.  From there they moved to New Orleans, Louisiana and established a home fellowship network for 4 years.  They then pastored a church in Indiana for 9 years, during which time the Lord took them to Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship with their 3 children in 1996.  They have been a part of TACFs Leaders Schools, as well as Father's Heart and Signs & Wonders schools, and Train the Trainers.  They started a Catch the Fire Soaking Center in Indianapolis in 2003 where they have seen many miracles through prayer.  Larry has also traveled throughout the Philippines training pastors and leaders.  Larry and Elaine are passionate about equipping the saints to minister in the love of the Father and power of the Holy Spirit all for the glory of Jesus Christ.
